Once you purchase a gift card, the recipient will receive an email with the gift card information (gift amount, gift code/number, who it's from, and custom message). The gift card recipient will be able to use the funds by entering the gift card code/number at the bottom of the checkout page on their next shopping experience. The recipient can also view their gift amount balance by entering the gift card code under My Account > Gift Cards.

Due to the custom nature of these products, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Credits and Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of any item for exchange or refund within 15 days from when you received the order. However, we will not accept returns of items that have been personalized with an embroidered name unless they were improperly shipped or defective in nature. Exchanges and refunds will not be processed until our receipt and satisfactory inspection of the unwanted item(s).
